About these terms

These terms cover your use of the manoos.in website. Manoos is a web design and software studio based in Kollam, Kerala, India, and a venture of Manthra Innovations.

Work we carry out for a client is governed by the specific quotation and written agreement for that project. Where anything on this page conflicts with a signed quotation or agreement, that document takes precedence.

Using this website

You are welcome to read and share this site. Please do not attempt to break into, disrupt or overload it, scrape it at a scale that affects its operation, or use the enquiry forms to send spam or unlawful content.

Quotations and enquiries

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not fixed offers. Any figure we give before seeing your requirement is an estimate. A firm price is confirmed in a written quotation once the scope is clear.

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. A project begins when we have both agreed the scope, timeline and price in writing.

Payment

Payment terms — including any advance, milestone payments and the final balance — are set out in the quotation or agreement for your project. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences and paid plugins are charged as quoted, and renew on the schedule of the provider concerned.

Ownership of work

Content on this website — text, layout, graphics and code — belongs to Manoos unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

For client projects, ownership of the delivered work passes to you on full payment, as set out in your agreement. Third-party components — such as themes, plugins, libraries and fonts — remain the property of their owners and are supplied to you under their own licences.

Unless you ask us not to, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.

Third-party services

Websites and software we build often rely on services we do not control, such as hosting, domain registration, payment gateways, email providers and plugins. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

What we can and cannot promise

We build carefully and stand behind our work. We fix faults in what we have built, on the terms agreed for your project.

We cannot guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic volumes, sales, or the outcome of any marketing activity. Those depend on factors outside our control, including changes made by search engines and by your competitors.

This website is provided as-is for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and any liability connected with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kollam, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
