Who we are

Manoos is a web design and software studio based in Kollam, Kerala, India, and a venture of Manthra Innovations. This policy explains what personal information we collect through manoos.in, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our quote popup or contact form, we collect the details you type in:

• Your name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address (optional)
• The service you selected
• Any message you write

Information collected automatically. When a form is submitted we also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the device used, along with the date and time. We keep this to help identify spam and abuse of the form.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. This is reported to us in aggregate. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not ask for or store any sensitive personal information through this website, and there is no user account or login for visitors.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To deliver and support any work you engage us for
• To keep a record of enquiries and the work we have carried out
• To protect the website against spam and misuse
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

We only contact you about the enquiry you made or work we are doing for you. We do not send marketing emails to people who simply filled in the form.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

Enquiries are stored in a database on our hosting provider's servers and are visible only to authorised members of the Manoos team through a password-protected admin area. A notification email may also be sent to us when an enquiry arrives.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share information only with the service providers that make the site work — our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google Analytics — and only to the extent needed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, where we go on to work together, for as long as we need them for our business and accounting records. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Withdraw consent you previously gave

Email info@manoos.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

Security

We take sensible steps to protect the information we hold — the site is served over HTTPS, the admin area is password protected, and access is limited to people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we treat your details with care.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
