What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They are commonly used to remember settings or to measure how a site is used.

What we use on manoos.in

We keep this simple. This site does not have visitor logins or a shopping cart, so we do not set cookies to remember you between visits for those purposes.

Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they come from. It sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site — we do not use it to identify you personally.

Advertising cookies — none. We do not run advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking pixels on this site.

Admin session cookie. A session cookie is used only for our own staff signing in to the admin area. It is not set for ordinary visitors.

Some pages embed a Google Map. Where that is present, Google may set its own cookies — that is governed by Google's privacy terms rather than ours.

How to control cookies

You are in charge of cookies in your browser. Every major browser lets you view, block or delete them in its settings — usually under Privacy. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop any part of this website from working.

If you want to opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, Google publishes a browser add-on for that purpose.

If we add or remove anything that uses cookies, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
